Chat messages are retained for up to 30 days to let you revisit conversations and improve context continuity.
Analyses
Uploaded files and generated analysis outputs are retained for up to 30 days unless you delete them earlier.
Account Data
Account/profile data is kept While account is active. You may request deletion via Privacy Requests in your account.
Financial Records
Payment and invoice records are retained for 10 years to comply with legal and tax requirements.

We aggregate and anonymize data wherever possible. You can opt out by using paid tiers where AI training is disabled.
