The platform offers technical and fundamental analysis tools, AI-powered news scoring, and market data visualization. All trading decisions and execution remain entirely under your control through your preferred broker. We are an analysis and information platform, not a brokerage or trading execution service.

Our AI doesn't claim to predict the future with certainty. Instead, it provides probabilistic analysis based on historical patterns, technical indicators, market sentiment, and fundamental data. The AI includes confidence levels and risk assessments with its analysis. Actual outcomes vary by market conditions. Backtesting capabilities are planned (coming soon). Remember: all trading involves risk, and past performance doesn't guarantee future results.

Billing is handled securely through iyzico, a PCI-DSS compliant payment service provider. You can pay with any major credit card or debit card. Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date you signed up. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account settings. No hidden fees, and you'll always receive an invoice via email.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance with auto-renewal. We do not offer refunds for partial months. You can cancel anytime to prevent future billing, but the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. For technical issues that prevent platform access, please contact support and we'll work to resolve the issue promptly.

Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, allowing you to export your conversations, saved charts, and trading strategies. After 30 days, data is archived for an additional 60 days (retrievable upon resubscription), then permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion anytime. We never sell or share your trading data with third parties.

All timestamps, market hours, and economic calendar events are converted to your selected timezone. Market data is always stored in UTC for consistency. If you travel, update your timezone to see accurate local market hours.
