- • No refunds for partial months

5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for illegal activities
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems
- Share your account with others
- Use automated systems to access the Service
- Resell or redistribute our Service
- Upload malicious content or malware
- Violate intellectual property rights
6. Data & Privacy
- Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy
- Chat and analysis data retained for 30 days
- Paid users' data is never used for AI training
- You can request data export or deletion anytime
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by TradingGPT Pro and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use it for providing the Service.

• MT5 INTEGRATION: MetaTrader 5 is a trademark of MetaQuotes Software Corp. We are not affiliated with MetaQuotes.
• API USAGE: We use official MT5 Python API for data access only. No unauthorized modifications.
• USER CREDENTIALS: MT5 login details are encrypted and used only for data retrieval. Users are responsible for credential security.
• BROKER RELATIONSHIP: We have no relationship with your broker. Direct all broker issues to your broker.
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
• NO WARRANTIES: Service provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.
• NO CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES: We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages.

9. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Paid subscriptions continue until the end of the billing period
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our retention policy
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect.
