This Distance Selling Agreement ("Agreement") governs the purchase of digital services provided remotely via the TradingGPT Pro platform ("Service"). It applies to consumers purchasing online without physical presence.

This Agreement complements and should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of the Service (Digital Content)

The Service consists of AI‑powered market analysis, research tools, and digital features delivered entirely online. No physical goods are supplied. Access is granted to your user account after successful payment or activation of a trial.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

• Prices, features, and plan limits are shown at checkout and on the pricing page.
• Payments are processed securely by third‑party providers. Additional bank or currency fees may apply.
• Taxes may be charged where required by applicable law.
• An order is accepted when access to the Service is granted to your account.

4. Delivery and Access

Delivery occurs by enabling account access to digital features. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection meet the technical requirements for use of the Service.

For subscriptions, you can cancel renewal at any time. Access typically continues until the end of the paid term unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated during purchase.

9. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement to reflect changes in the Service or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

This Agreement operates without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. Where conflict exists, mandatory local consumer protections prevail over any choice of law or forum provisions.
