RedCloud Holdings plc (RCT) has announced a strategic expansion into the Middle East through a licensing agreement valued at up to $30 million. The deal focuses on the deployment of the company's Realtime AI for Distribution (RAID) engine within Saudi Arabia, with the contract structured to generate approximately $6 million in annual revenue over five years.
