Dorval Corp. has divested the vast majority of its holding in the iShares Core 1-5 Year USD Bond ETF (ISTB), selling 300,019 shares. According to a recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the transaction is valued at approximately $14.61 million, calculated using the average closing price for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. This divestment represents a 4.5% change in Dorval's reportable U.S. equity assets under management (AUM). Following the sale, Dorval's remaining stake in ISTB consists of 14,439 shares, valued at roughly $699,734. This residual position now accounts for only 0.2% of the fund's AUM, effectively removing the ETF from the firm's top five holdings. The rotation out of short-term bonds may reflect a tactical adjustment ahead of anticipated Federal Reserve rate cuts.
