On a reported basis, the group's overall revenue growth was more modest, increasing by 4.3% compared to the same period last year. These figures suggest a steady performance across the group's core diversified interests despite headwinds in the industrial segment. In a move likely to interest shareholders, the Board of Compagnie de l'Odet—which holds a 71% stake in Bolloré SE—announced its intention to distribute an exceptional interim dividend in the second half of 2026. This payout is expected to represent at least two-thirds of the exceptional dividend received by Compagnie de l'Odet. Following the announcement, Bollore shares traded slightly higher, closing at 5.18 euros, representing a gain of 0.88%.
