According to Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha, the operation involved approximately 25 Russian vessels that conducted roughly 50 direct voyages from closed Ukrainian ports to various international destinations between January and April. The distribution of these exports was concentrated in specific hubs. More than half of the total volume was shipped from the Crimean port of Sevastopol, while an additional 13% was transported via the ports of Mariupol and Berdiansk in the Sea of Azov.
