(WSO) announced on Tuesday its agreement to acquire Jackson Supply Company, a prominent distributor of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment operating within the Sunbelt region. The move is intended to scale Watsco's reach in high-growth geographic markets. Jackson Supply currently manages a network of 25 locations and serves approximately 5,000 customers. While the specific financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed, the company reported sales of $230 million for the 2025 fiscal year.
